Common Questions |
Dear Player
Please look through these commonly asked questions and answers below, as unfortunately due to a large volume of e-mails that we are receiving daily, it is not possible to answer these questions individually.
Question: I have not purchased a lottery ticket, but I have received an e-mail informing me that I have won a large jackpot in the name of the UK or Euromillions lotteries. Is this a scam? |
|
Answer: BEWARE, THIS IS A SCAM!!! It is not possible to win a large amount of money on a lottery if you HAVE NOT PURCHASED A TICKET. DON'T give them any money or any personal details. For more info >> Click Here << |
|
Question: I have registered with your site, but have not received any confirmation e-mails. Why is this? |
|
Answer:
- You may have entered your e-mail address incorrectly. You can check/change this by logging into your account at www.uklotterylive.com, where you will see your Player Menu options on the left hand side. Click on >> 'Update Account Details' <<. You will see your full registration details, which you can change and then >> 'Save' <<.
- Another reason may be that our e-mails are getting caught up in your service provider/computer’s spam filter, in which case you need to flag us as a 'Trusted site'. >> Click Here << for information on how to do this.
- Please note that you can manually check your Ticket status by clicking on >> 'Ticket Report' in the same Player Menu.
