1. How do I log into the site?
Click on the UKLotteryLive.com or EuroMillionsLive.com ‘Play Now’ buttons on the UKLotteryLive.com home page, or visit the www.uklotterylive.com or www.euromillionslive.com sites directly. Once you are on either the UKLotteryLive.com or EuroMillionsLive.com home page, click on the ‘Login’ link at the top right-hand side of the page, and enter your username and password. Your personal menu will appear on the left of the page, allowing you to buy lottery tickets and manage all your play information.
2. How do I register and become a member?
Simply click on the ‘Register’ link at the top right-hand side of the UKLotteryLive.com home page and fill in your details. Once you have submitted your information, you will be registered to play at both UKLotteryLive.com and EuroMillionsLive.com.
3. How can I update my personal information?
'Login' to your Player Account and use the 'Update Account Details' member navigation on the left-hand side of the page to view and update your personal information.
4. Will I have my own play history?
Absolutely. As transparency is part of our business ethic, once you have logged in you will be able to view every play you make via your personal menu on the left-hand side of the page. Simply click on ‘Your Reports’ and then ‘Ticket Report’ in order to view your play history.
5. Why does a ticket cost more than its face value?
Our ticket price is calculated to accommodate online credit card processing fees, daily site development, maintenance, marketing and the salaries paid to our syndication team in the UK who purchase, batch and safely store the tickets. And still we are one of, if not the best priced online ticket purchasing portals in the world.
6. Why do you own 1% of each ticket?
UKLotteryLive.com is a online ticket-ordering service driven site. Our revenue depends on us charging fees for the service of buying, managing, claiming of winnings and expense payments. We cover this by charging service upfront and we minimise what we have to charge by also charging a percentage of the winnings as there are multiples more entries than winnings.
7. How many times can there be a rollover?
If there are no winners after the fourth rollover, the massive jackpot will be shared equally between the players with 5 correct numbers plus the bonus ball. If you are part of our mailing list you will be informed via email, and if you are a member of our SMS list you will be informed instantly via SMS. There’s no more convenient way to find out if you’re a winner!
8. How do I check the results for each draw?
You won’t have to – If you opt in to our 'Results Emails' we’ll do it for you! After each draw you will receive an email from us informing you of the winning numbers. We also post the winning numbers on our Lottery Results page once they are released, for those players who prefer to check the numbers for themselves. Alternatively you can visit the UK National Lottery or EuroMillions International Lottery websites after the draw.
9. What is your policy on cancellations and refunds?
Once the ‘Purchase’ button on the play page has been clicked, our services begin immediately. As such, we are unfortunately unable to offer any refunds on purchased tickets. It is therefore vitally important that you check your numbers and the draw date that you have chosen before clicking the ‘Purchase’ button. For more information on cancellations, please read our Terms and Conditions.
10. Are there any lottery scams out there?
Unfortunately there are quite a few. In order to avoid being swindled, please remember to NEVER pay for any winnings that an email claims you have won on a lottery that you have not entered. Notification about any jackpots you have won will come directly from UKLotteryLive.com or EuroMillionsLive.com. Please be on the lookout for emails coming from unfamiliar sources as these will most likely be fraudulent. To find out more about these scams go to http://www.scamslive.com/ which is an awesome site dedicated to STOPPING SCAMS!

Buying Lottery Tickets
1. How do I buy a ticket? 2. How do I pay for my tickets? 3. How many tickets can I buy? 4. What proof do I have of a ticket purchase? 5. How much will my ticket cost in my local currency? 6. What is the life cycle of a ticket purchase? 7. How late can I buy a ticket before a draw? 8. I have bought a ticket, but haven't received a confirmation e-mail. What do I do? 9. How old must I be to buy a lottery ticket?
1. How do I buy a ticket?
Click on the UKLotteryLive.com or EuroMillionsLive.com ‘Play Now’ buttons on the www.uklotterylive.com or www.euromillionslive.com sites directly. Log into your Player Account and then, using your personal menu on the left-hand side of the page, click on either ‘Play UK Lottery’ or ‘Play EuroMillions Lottery’ (depending on which site you are on), then click on ‘Buy a Ticket’. Please remember that you need to be a registered player in order to buy lottery tickets. To 'Register' now, please 'CLICK HERE'
2. How do I pay for my tickets?
All transactions are made using either your Credit Card, Internet Banking, or our Direct Deposit option (Country specific). Once you open a lottery account with us you will need to fund it by clicking on the 'Load Credit/Debit Card' option, then click on the 'Fund Account' and follow the easy steps. The balance in your account will then allow you to buy lottery tickets for all draws, up to 52 weeks in advance. All payments are performed securely at a 128-bit encryption level.
3. How many tickets can I buy?
You may buy as many tickets as the balance in your account will allow you – twice a week, up to 52 weeks in advance.
4. What proof do I have of a ticket purchase?
You will receive a ticket purchase confirmation e-mail from us as soon as your tickets have been purchased from Camelot plc (the company that runs and hosts the UK National Lottery and the EuroMillions International Lottery). You can also click on 'Ticket Report' for proof!
5. How much will my ticket cost in my local currency?
As the UK National Lottery and the EuroMillions International Lottery are run in Pounds, you will be charged at the current exchange rate at the time of your purchase request being approved by your bank. We suggest that you check the exchange rate before making your purchase, at a reputable financial website such as www.xe.com
6. What is the life cycle of a ticket purchase?
Once you have chosen your numbers for a particular draw and clicked the ‘Purchase’ button, our system automatically informs our syndication team in the UK who then physically purchase the tickets, batch and store them in a safe, in a secure building, until the results of that draw have been checked.
7. How late can I buy a ticket before a draw?
Cut-off times are Wednesday and Saturday at 19h00 GMT for the UK Lottery and Tuesday and Friday at 19h00 GMT for the EuroMillions Lottery. This gives us enough time to process your ticket purchases before the lotteries official cut-off time.
8. I have bought a ticket, but have not received a ‘confirmation’ email. What do I do?
Your mail will only be sent to you once we have actually bought your ticket. In this way you can always be sure that your ticket has really been bought. If you are experiencing problems receiving emails from us, please contact us for assistance.
9. How old must I be to buy a lottery ticket?
You must be 18 years or older.

Lottery Winnings
1. How will I know if I have won? 2. Will I get paid if I win? 3. Can I choose to leave my winnings in my account to buy more tickets? 4. Are my winnings taxable? 5. Are there any costs involved in transferring my winnings to my bank account?
1. How will I know if I have won?
For winnings of up to £5 000.00 you will receive an email from us shortly after the results have been published and your winnings will be automatically funded to your Player Account. For winnings over £5 000.00 you will receive an email as well as a personal telephone call – which is why it is so important that you submit your correct telephone number when you register.
2. Will I get paid if I win?
Absolutely! If you are one of our lucky winners you will be contacted via email directly after the draw, and your winnings will be transferred into your account. You will then be able to transfer the money to any bank account of your choice, or simply leave it in your account in order to continue buying tickets. We would be seriously compromising our reputation and your trust in UKLotteryLive.com by withholding your winnings – and keeping our good name is worth more than anything to us!
3. Can I choose to leave my winnings in my account so that I can buy more tickets?
Yes you can. You will also be able to check your current balance every time you login to either UKLotteryLive.com or EuroMillionsLive.com.
4. Are my winnings taxable?
The advantage of playing the UK National Lottery and the EuroMillions International Lottery is that these are two of the very few lotteries in the world that are not taxed, and pay out winnings in one lump sum instead of a series of payments. Depending on your country’s tax regulations, however, you may be required to declare your winnings. The onus will be on you to discuss this with your tax authorities.
5. Are there any costs involved in transferring my winnings to my bank account?
UKLotteryLive.com will bear the costs of any transfer/withdrawal above £200. You will only be responsible for transfer/withdrawal costs on amounts lower than £200. Please note that withdrawals of less than £20 are not allowed.
These costs are as follows:
• Up to £15 for a priority transfer. • Up to £9 for a two-week wire transfer.
